The troops in Iraq used panty liners inside their helmets as sweatbands - very useful in 130 heat. And for those who are difficult to shop for (or are easily skeeved by the word TAMPON), here's a gift idea:

Whoa! 2 period discussions in one week. My friends daughter just got her first period and we were talking about it this week. She wanted to tell her Dad and did he went bright red :embarassed: and said "So what are you going to do now?" Then mum intervened and told him not to ask such a stupid question, "You're supposed to ask if she has a sore stomach" We've been having a bit of a laugh about it.

I guess I'm whipped, because I've bought tampons and pads for my wife. What can ya do? It's nothing but a thing.

Just when I thought that you guys couldn't EXPAND (so to speak) on this topic, you go ahead and find a way...

For the record: I recently offered to help Mindy out when she was feeling not so fresh...she declined because she didn't want me to get the wrong thing...
